Last updated: 08 May 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.vittro.in and the Vittro™ Business Suite ("Vittro", "Service") provided by Anagha Solutions ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using Vittro on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Nature of the Service
Vittro is a direct-sales product and service offered by Anagha Solutions. Each engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or invoice describing scope, deliverables, fees and timelines. In case of conflict, the engagement document prevails over generic descriptions on this website.
3. Account & access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Access is limited to authorised users of your organisation. Sharing of credentials is prohibited.
- We may suspend access for non-payment, security incidents, or breach of these Terms.
4. Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of data you provide to us.
- Statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, ROC, etc.) prepared with the Service remain the legal responsibility of the registered taxpayer/employer; we act as a service provider on your instruction.
- You must comply with applicable laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
5. Fees & payment
Fees are as quoted in your engagement document. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 7 days. Applicable GST is charged extra. Late payment may attract interest as per the engagement.
6. Intellectual property
The Vittro™ name, the Vittro Business Suite software, documentation, design and all underlying intellectual property are owned by Anagha Solutions and/or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the engagement. Customer data remains owned by the customer.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only to perform obligations under the engagement.
8. Warranties & disclaimer
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" basis and we disclaim implied warranties. Sample reports, calculators and information on this website are for general guidance and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Anagha Solutions for the relevant Service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or goodwill.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement as set out in the engagement document. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period; thereafter we may delete it subject to statutory retention.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to arbitration provisions in your engagement document (if any), the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
