How to file a complaint

  • State your name, contact details and the nature of the complaint.
  • Include relevant invoice number, account email or transaction reference.
  • Attach any supporting documents.

Response timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Resolution: within 30 days, in line with statutory requirements.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, or other appropriate authority under applicable law.
